You should post this in the staking forums and ask the experts.

My 2 cents is that this sample size is far too small to find a backer.

PS. Congrats on running so good

Agreed sample size is very small. Also, I'd be prepared to answer the question of why you need a backer if you've made 34k in the game. That's a 70 buy in bankroll for 2.5/5 PL

It's not uncommon for winners to still need backing, i.e. in case of downswing, problems in life/ expenses sucking away the proceeds or potentially a desire to move up or shot take some bigger stakes, but yeah aside from that it's suspicious sure.

Agreed, it just needs a response. If the answer is "I had unexpected medical expenses" or "I busted up my car" that's one thing. If the answer is "I degen all my money away on craps" or "I have a heroin problem" that's another.

Yea, it's understandable if used appropriately. I'm up near $30k this year online & live but only have a $6k roll at the moment. I used $22k to pay off student loans and a couple thousand for a vacation. I get stakes for my $500-$1k live tournaments.

since the posted graph only tracks till 9/10, you can safely assume that his 9/11-10/17 graph accounts for 100% of the expenses

I've had good success in live poker over recent years and things have been crusing but at the beginning I went busto several times because of my bad habits or other stuff came up in life and I had to reach out to friends for backing
