Is this a level? I guess you're worried about redraws? If so you can call the turn reraise and if the river pairs or 3-flushes or brings a higher straight possibility then check and make a good decision if he bets again.

This is bad. Imo the probability that you are getting freerolled is gonna cost you WAY less money long term than giving free cards away (in this particular hand).

I'd fold unless I thought we were chopping up UTG, but he'll fold vast majority of time

the pot's too tiny to not worry about a freeroll against a nit

I'm transitioning from NLHE to PLO so chances are I'm wrong on this hand but this is how I see it.

I actually folded this.

He's just not playing a set like this, he was playing so extremely tight and only getting it in with the nuts basically. The only set he MIGHT have is 99 but I highly doubt that.

I'm pretty sure he's playing T8xx here.

Hand Pot equity Wins Ties
Th3c8hAs 43.43% 0 521,155
T8** 56.57% 78,845 521,155

So against any T8 we have a 43.43% chance of winning. However this opponent wont play any T8. Because he's very tight he'll only play it at least single suited, possibly double suited.

Getting it in is like the worst option imo cause at best you'll be chopping.

I like the fold, if you look at the range of nuts + some kind of redraw we're in bad shape.

Omaha Hi Simulation
600,000 trials (Randomized)
board: ahjd7d9s
Hand Pot equity Wins Ties
asth3c8h 37.44% 0 449,248
QT8*,T8*d*d,JT98 62.56% 150,752 449,248

on the turn I usually don't worry about redraw but by that point there's usually 30-40bb in the pot after some flop and turn action, and its possible u have a better hand. here not so much
