5 Card PLO has gotten very popular at MGM National Harbor and basically killed the 4 card game.

I wanted to calculate the most nut outs someone could have without actually having a made hand. I was able to count 23. Anyone know if this is the right number or if there is more?

Found a couple other ways to get 24 with double nut flush draw.

You can not have double nut flush draw without having made hand.In first example we have a pair of AA.
