Should explain more, I know it was and still is confusing. My motive is/was to improve the integrity team, be it by some complete overhaul because in my mind
they are all doing a terrible job - or by some less harsh changes. Making sense?

Not quite. We will have the UKGC review of cheating, bots and third party software/data stuff before long. Maybe released just before Christmas but more likely in January. That includes having asked all UK sites about cheating levels, impact and compensation.

We may get some info from that, failing that I will be using it for further discussions with them about it.

Think your best bet is here is to pm either Greth/Schwein or one of the other original posters to validate your concerns and then flag to stars or whatever they suggest.

This is taking a little longer than they hoped. They emailed me today to say it is still in progress and they will be in touch shortly to discuss the issues I've raised.

May be good news, they are taking it seriously and had a strong response from the sites so lots of info to analyse and potentially decisions to be made on consultations but I haven't seen any of the output so maybe it's just the usual bureaucratic delay because of a lack of resource and difficulty in getting agreement on the way ahead with government.

Probably complicated by the gambling minister being on maternity leave even though it should not be an issue it might mean the cover is less informed or nervous re longer term decisions when she will be returning.

Also how come Stars is able to profit on unfair games? I guess their non-transparent reimbursements only covered a tiny fraction of the 4M+ that were "stolen" from their customers.

They've got a monopoly so players can't really vote with their feet, and the regulators don't have much interest in protecting players. I can't think of any reason they could make for the reimbursements being only what was in the bots accounts, I would be really interested if they could explain it themselves.

have a suspect @ 10NL Zoom. 4-tabling and instantly makes bets/checks/folds, like INSTANT. Not really sure this is possible when 4 tabling. Lightning.
