hello. how are you?
I am a Chinese developer in Changchun city of China. I am going to discuss about online poker software.
If you have experience in online poker, you can know about poker table auto seating.
I have rich experience in poker application. partypoker, pokerstars, 888poker, ipoker and etc
I am going to discuss about poker table auto seating through poker application customization.
There are several level players in the world.
weak poker player, strong poker player
After you play with tweak player, if you feel that this player is weak player, you can mark that.
After that, if you(weak player) will come in poker , program will be seated best position in poker automatically.
My product is fast. Because i get all information from memory.
So you can set best table rapidly.
if you are interested in this app, would you send me message?
lol @ you - so your ****ty software is expensive cause you only want to "work" with a few people, but then you go and send this message to every pokerplayer you can find on FB?? Please gtfo. STOP MESSING WITH ONLINE POKER.

Bots are gone

Stars wont say anything publicly. Per their policy. Annoying, but what are you gonna do, its their business to run as they see fit.

Refunds will be ridic small compared to the amounts in question. Cant say for sure, but I am guessing Stars only refund funds that are confiscated. So to the extend the bots kept small amounts on their accounts, refunds will be small. Anyone who thinks Stars will reimburse us out of their own pocket is delusional

I have a feeling they are already testing the waters with new accounts. So frustrating that Stars will be getting away with whatever they decide to do.

Re: Massive bot ring on PokerStars/Party and how to spot them

it doesnt have to end just like that. Richard already said that UK comission is monitoring this. Something could come out of this, including reimbursement of rake paid. You don't have to completely lose hope.

I asked stars via email yesterday. Their response:

The investigation is indeed still ongoing and we are doing our best to come to a resolution.

Once this resolution has been reached, we will be contacting all the players who wrote to us back.

Re: Massive bot ring on PokerStars/Party and how to spot them

Some PS rep posted this in a random thread in NVG

PokerStars seizes funds from players in three main circumstances:

a) A player breaks our Terms of Service, and harms other players (e.g., collusion)
In these circumstances, confiscated funds are returned to the victims of misbehaviour. On some occasions the amount of money seized from offenders is less than the harm caused. In such circumstances PokerStars provides additional funds to ensure an appropriate compensation pool is available.

b) A player breaks our Terms of Service, and does not cause harm to others (e.g., underage play)
In these circumstances, confiscated funds are donated to various charities. We choose the charities that they are donated to, but always welcome player suggestions. This is in addition to, and separate from, our Corporate Giving program which is detailed online at http://www.rationalgroup.com/helping-hands/

c) A player breaks our Terms of Service, does not harm other players, but rather, causes harm to PokerStars (e.g., a player makes a fraudulent deposit)
In these circumstances, confiscated funds are used to reduce the amount of the money defrauded from PokerStars.

The original poster of this thread also asked about auditors. Information about corporate issues, such as auditors, is available online at http://www.amaya.com/

Sincerely,

Michael Josem
PokerStars Communications Team
In the first circumstance, the rep says that stars does actually provides additional $ from their own pocket. That is obv good news, but I wonder why we usually get $11.23 or so in refunds if they really do so. Anyway, just some piece of info that can be relevant here.

Is this implying you need to contact them in order to receive a refund?

Discusting! That account is so obvious

A fun fact: The bootlegger account had only played 1 hand of zoom500 before today.. Seems like a good time to move up after a two month break.....

It's soon over two months since this thread... Stars wants us to forget so there will be less uproar in the event of tiny refund.

Anyone knows what happeneded to Schwein?
