Re: Massive bot ring on PokerStars and how to spot them
Just curious, has there ever been an instance where statistical data was collected like this and pointed to some sort of cheating and that turned out not to be the case? (I can only think of the UB super-user situation)

Yoo4 is def not a bot. Played last year lot of MTTs and had pretty big scores plus we used to chat as well.
E.g his chat style and seregaxx style are completly different for sure.

Re: Massive bot ring on PokerStars and how to spot them
Kot_Spartac is my real life friend (Andrey Kotelnikov), he also plays mtt's, sngs, plo cash and a lot of other things. Suspecting him of anything is beyond ridiculous.
N@T@L@T is a very nice girl Natasha who plays a pretty unique style. Also 100% not a bot.
Lets try to stick to facts guys

Agree with apostol. Pick up randomly russian nicks and put here without any serious suspicion its nonsense and makes this thread not serious.

Hehe yeah, I dont know him, but if he's a bot, the bot maker did a good job implementing a very realistic chat tilt : ))) (before he got chat banned)
Would also be hugely surprised if Samanta18 was a bot..... first of all he plays preflop so insanely differently from all these other guys, and he has a ton of really unorthodox (and seemingly good) plays post flop that the others do not.
Tbh I'd be surprised if most of these were bots, but Samanta especially.
Hope it turns out to be false... Or well, I mean, they are all winning players so I guess it would be nicer if they disappeared but I still want them to be innocent ;[

We have all the other postflop stats that can be found on the so called Russian PTR, apart from the ones here which I believe are very helpful for establishing an additional link as explained earlier in post https://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/sh...3&postcount=24
|
I checked some of the accounts (Samanta81, SuSaaNiN, 4somniare) with a guy who has a loooot of hands on them, the stat pairs were not suspiciously close to each other. However, boottlegger (already banned) did not have those pair of stats close too, so he was either not a bot, or these stats do not mean anything.
I don't think I can post screenshot of some players' stats, as I wouldn't be happy if somebody posted my stats out there too; after all we have to respect the guys unless proven they're bots.

Can you PM me the stats you was filtering for? I want to check those out myself.
Also I just looked over fedor and Samanta and I still have no idea how they should be bots. I did the stuff suggested in the OP but what now? Can somebody explain how this should confirm that they are bots?
I mean in my DB fedors queeze is 8.6% and 3bet 9.3%.... so he is squeezing 8.6% of the time why does that has to mean that he is a bot?
EDIT:
maybe I just dont want to face the hard reality and am hoping that there are not that many bots^^

Please dont post if you have less then 5k hands on them (filter for 6 handed only).
BB Agg=Overall Agg and 3bet=sqz is true for all of 6 accounts that are in my DB, even though its extremely rare for any other winning player. I provided evidence here https://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/sh...3&postcount=24

can not provide for every account but here is for some:
Here the stats for the OP mentioned ones:
That said i hope it turns out well and dude like Fedor, Sam etc, are legit...

Re: Massive bot ring on PokerStars and how to spot them
Fighting Bots and trying to get them banned from playing is obviously important for everyone
However i doubt that posting a list with "suspicious" players from eastern europe is getting the job done. Especially when the poster could have excluded players such as N@t and Yoo by doing a little bit of research

PLZ stop posting not qualified lists, im sure OP and his entourage put a lot of hrs in before they came here and post, so posting just a list with random names which u thaught 5mins about. it isnt the smartest and fairest thing to do imo.

I think Cobus is one, very fast one!

Re: Massive bot ring on PokerStars and how to spot them
I'm sorry, but looking an some names posted in a thread, it seems like someone found some digits matching and went paranoia.
I dont believe that anyone that ever played a hand /w Seregaxx would even consider him a bot, same goes with Fedor. I have Samantha/Susain color-coded since since NLHE/forever. Emperor does things lil bit different in some ways, but who doesn't?
I even saw GosuDiac mentioned by someone, which I believe is laughable. Haven't really played with the rest (except maybe 4somniare and not raised any suspicion), but all above looks pretty much like a witch hunt to me.
Quote:
I strongly believe those arent fully automated. The playing schedule of the ones on zoom would suggest, that they are operated by humans working a 9 to 5 and 5 days a week job. (some sort of PLOSnowie?)
|
I fail to see a logic. If you have spare hours, why don't play yourself?

I have rechecked every single account on this list and absolutely none of the new names popping up is anything close to the 17 accounts listed by Grethe&Oink&Schwein.
I am looking for a total of 20 stats that are extremely close, and for all the names I had to look at just 2-3 apart from one account where I had to look at 5-6 stats to conclude that there is a no link whatsoever.
(S) stands for Schwein list, and yes the ones with (S) are suspicious as hell.
The 3 stats I had to look for were CheckR flop around 15%, CheckR Turn around 15%, CheckR around 3%. Thats one of the many patterns shared by the 17 accounts posted by me.
All the other ones are totally innocent of being part of a ring. Please stop posting any new names before running them via Grethe and Oink. Dont muddy the waters.

Hey,
I reported TotalSucces, TopDog669 and rihardlionH seven months ago to Stars.
I also opened thread about iPoker PLO botring.
There is couple other stats not mentioned ITT that are pretty unique to these bots but don't want to discuss it here...
Is there a way to contact you Schwein?

Guys if you want the community and the people who do actual good work here to be taken serious then plz stop vague suspicions and offtopic bs like "pics from n@t". Get this thread where it's supposed to go.
