Mainly a NL player but play in a really good plo nl mix game. Have put in ton of hours playing plo but still find myself in unsure spots

Onto the hand
5/5 with 10 btn straddle everyone has around 1k
In sb with aa28 rainbow open to 35
Bb utg and utg 1 calls
Mp (, a nit pots to like 180. Only ever doing this with aa or akk (maybe?) with tons of history with player
Hj crazy guy pots could have literally any 4 cards that aren't trips or quads.
Button not as crazy but not good rec who likes to gamble shoves in these spots.
Standard snap fold or standard snap call?

You only have 3.5 bbs invested, equity diluted by going what sounds like will be between 4-6 ways to flop. If it’s me, and if I know nitty player has KKAX then I’m shoving. Otherwise I’m probably finding a fold.

Did button shove? You said he likes to gamble and shove in these spots, but did he gii here?

4Way pot with rainbow disconnected aces clear fold to me.I would fold even 3way.

Your multi-way equity is rarely great. A typical high variance spot, folding is okay here, you will have plenty of better hands to call or 5bet shove with in this spot.

Ya the issue w/ all this action is that an ace is almost certainly in someone else's hand, and very likely both of them. And without the ability to hit a set, your hand value sucks 3 ways

All stack sizes might be relevant, I just ran a sim that gave you 15.2% equity vs what I think are reasonable ranges for players described

You are fairly unlikely to get your money in good here unless we can squeeze out initial limp-raiser holding something like kkxx

So fold, not overplaying aaxx hands is one of the key characteristics of strong omaha players

I would also just call pre, not because you were raised but because your particular hand does not have very good equity in a multiway pot and the playability is awful

This is why I almost never put in the first raise with bad aces out of the blinds or EP unless a single raise is likely to narrow the field.
