Pretty uncomfortable spot on turn for me especially with stack sizes. Villain is a competent reg who views me as a straightforward TAG (has adjusted vbet sizing to be very small vs me). He's positionally aware and calls a pretty wide range from LP preflop. New table and we both start with table max of $1500.
2 limps to Hero in MP, I bet pot $55 with AsAQJs, Villain calls from btn, it's headsup to the flop:
QcJ6s ($145)
Hero bets $120, villain calls.
Turn: QcJ6s 7c ($385)
Hero?
Obviously I'm near the top of my range, is that reason enough to b/c turn? My first thought was to c/c and play rivers with a pretty disguised hand.
almost any river card will complete a straight. You can check call or just pot it. You just have to be ready for his pot barrel on the river once any card makes a straight out there except a 2.
