Any accurate content is going to help you in some way if you digest it properly, the question is how efficient it is. I feel like a lot of the assumptions used (GTO based ones) are just so far off from what you will face at low stakes, you should be playing quite a bit differently than he recommends. Still, it'll be useful to know the things if you're able to learn it.
