And yes, you are right, OP stated that villain was pretty much untilted.
BTW as far as exploitation, with hero 3b 20%, couldn't villain take down every pot where AA is the effective nuts? I hate being at the top of our range and folding to aggression, though I suppose calling and seeing the obvious AA is just as silly.
Villain's polarized enough with this sizing that A9 is better to call with than JJ anyway, but in general when a villain's recently been on tilt and then gotten off tilt, and then basically shoves full pot for over 200bb OTR, you really don't need to worry about "exploitability" much. Villain's likely to be very unbalanced here in one particular direction. Just worry about exploiting him. About 95% of people are never bluffing in this spot with this sizing.
Maybe if you're playing zigmund or durrr at 200/400 someday and you think they have mad respect for your game, then you can worry about whether you're at the top of your range here and what you should call against a GTO-optimal full-pot triple barrel. (Hint: Your solution will probably involve folding JJ with no A blocker, calling 99, calling AJJ, and calling A9.) You could actually argue JJ is the
bottom of your range after the turn.
