Just wanted to share my TR and obv my experiences and insights in case anyone wants to use my approach.
And just fyi guys, update- my neck is absurdly sore todday. Like I can barely move it. So I can't tell how well the program worked for me. But I will check back in a week or so if I remember. Also Lefort you're obv still welcome to suggest a routine as well. Cheers
