I've always wondered if there is any mathematical way to quantify how much money you can put in the pot preflop when you KNOW your opponent has AAxx. We have all heard the argument of "I only feel comfortable repotting AAxx if I can get ~35% of my stack in." However, I see a lot of decent players putting in like 40-50% effective with rundowns. I have always been very curious about this situation. Obviously BoobySmiles preflop play right here is horrendous, but I'm sure he is just dicking round at much lower limits then he usually plays.

That's disgusting. Now I know that with a very high variance game with tons of people playing, this kind of thing is probable, but it still makes me wonder about the accuracy of HEM's AIEV calculator.

Disclaimer: I don't know anything about the accuracy. Its just a thought.

Not really threadworthy. Villain is a well-known NLHE player learning omaha. He seems to be playing pretty straightforward and tight. I considered raising to try and fold out a wheel or aces up, calling to pick off some sort of weird bluff he might possibly be trying but ended up folding as I thought he was best most the time and I thought he might not believe me if I raised.

What bb/100 winrate do the better players come in at and is there a tableratings type site that tracks P/L numbers?

Thoughts on who the best players are at 5-10 to 10-20 on Stars? Thanks.
