i like the 20bbs HU tables. its fun, lots of gamble. after 30minutes * i sit, gamble a lot, 3bet pre, pot/call all flops, its fun. i like it.

but theres one problem**: i need 20-30 minutes to find someone willing to play w me on those tables. something has to be done about this.. i dont know if king of the hill, if cap number of tables, make mandatory min 50hands (or you pay X $), maybe annonymous tables, i have no idea what is better, but something has to be done. im shocked that stars-which is very good/smart company- dont make anything about this, because its obvious would have more actino/more rake paid by players if something is done about this issue.

its really annoying having to sit at all those tables, and nobody want gamble w you...

pokerstars would be more friendly, id have more fun playing in this site if when i want play a game, if when someone is sitting at open table, they actually want play.

So you don't consider the fact that 20bb CAP PLO HU is basically unbeatable to be a problem?
There's no reason to play these rake-traps.

Nobody will give you action because there's no point to do so, the future ev you could get by playing better players at 20bb cap simply doesn't exist as the only way to actually win at these tables is to extreme bumhunt and I'm sure the small stakes tables are virtually impossible to beat vs pretty much anyone.

last time i chekced hu plo sng , the highest limit w someone sitting, it was $60.

Perhaps 1/2 it's the first limit where the rake is beatable. With the additional fact that fish apparently prefer cap, that could make sense.

They re-opened the thread so the Pokerstars rep can comment on the HU Cap change.

In light of what Party is doing, this is really ****ing scary. When Party got outed for their bull**** ploy to suck the poker world dry and have as few winners as possible along the way, my first thought was "thank god PokerStars dominates the poker world and would never do **** like this". When I logged in and saw these tables, my jaw dropped and I have lost a lot of faith in the one company I thought could be trusted. This ploy is no different than what Party is doing and it is disgusting.

I honestly thought Stars was so much better than this. I didn't think they would resort to such a pathetic level to get some extra rake. It's one thing to make a change that makes it fun for recreational players, it's another to fundamentally change online poker into a near unbeatable rake trap to try to maximize their profits. Will some fish like these tables? Yea, I'm sure they will. But guess what, fish also like blackjack. Fish like roulette, they like gambling, and that doesn't mean Stars should totally destroy the game of poker because some people feel like gambling. I thought their integrity was the reason they were so far in first in the online poker world. Now I am just at a loss...

Stars had the image for beeing there for their players, and players in return were playing on their site, things seems to change, greedy? Bad decision of a group of people? I hope this is not the stars vision but only a mistake been make on the road by a department, admit you were wrong stars, remove those 20bb cap, this is bad for your image of beeing the Pokersite for Players.
