10 handed game, table is playing loose preflop and about a third of the table a willing to gamble it up slightly on the light side.

50/50 blinds (equal to 10$)

MP2 opens for 200 plays 17000 Fairly solid, somewhat tricky but not out of line

CO makes it 350 covers table, and is playing very aggro and loose

We are on btn with Ah As Kh qc playing 37000, we make it 1200 both call

We have played fairly str8 forward and pretty tight for the table.

both calls and flop is:

2h 5d 8h

Checked to me I make it 3000 MP2 checkraises 12000 and CO insta repots.

Your play.?

More detailed reads and descriptions of earlier key hands would be helpful.

@CZI
The players know each other, and play on a regular basis - 1-a-week-ish. The hand is somewhat early in the night, and there havn't been to much dynamic between the three. However, CO certainly has the most imagination. There's been many hands through their history, alot where Co bluffs the two others, or where he gets it in very bad. Button and MP generally don't tangle, and know eacher other private (not me). Button tend to fast play his hands vs MP and in general, but MP can be tricky, and has been seen sandbagging vs Button in previous hands, especially when the pot is HU. However, MP also knows CO is very loose, and generally defends the pot well when needed. That's the best I can do to supply more detailed info, since there hasn't been any pots between the three this day so far. Furthermore, CO is by no means a fish, he's just very aggresive, and probably a lossing player in this lineup. He has tendencies to tilt, but he doesn't seem to be particular tilted at the moment.

@Scrudge, where are you getting those numbers from? They are way off. The bet is 34000 (34k) more to button after CO re-pots it, where button is laid 34000:60000 total, with 40k in the main pot, and potentially 40k in the sidepot.

@DP
Any thoughts about CO and how our hand does HU vs him for the sidepot? It should change our equity there quite a bit (not that I disagree with your comment, just wanted to hear what your range/thoughts would be)

I took the liberty to write the details, since Stinky isn't online atm, and I was at his place when he posted the hand.

Fwiw, the game in $ is rougly $10/$10 blinds - just divide everything by 5, and you have it rougly in $.

If this read is accurate, you can't fold. I understand shoving in ~700BBs in this spot feels pretty loose/gambly/coinflippy, but if you don't wanna do it with these reads I advocate buying in shorter, or quitting the game once stacks get this deep.

@ CZI

Funny how that one short post sums up a heap of convos between me and Kaj about how to play that game the best...

What we where debating though is how to weight the range on such a board. But since the only thing we really don't want to see is CO having a set then we must get it in here.

There should be more than enough times when both of them have somekind of twopair+OESD, onepair plus wrap or wrap. Some of these with or without a FD.

Given your description I expect him to take this line any pair+wrap or overpair+FD in addition to his 2pair/set hands. In short, if you think his range tends to be wide/loose/creative here, you should definitely shove.

he's range is certainly as wide as possible within reasonable justifications as he is shoving some 700BB.

And all the hands you mentioned probably not many overpair+FD is in his range
