Having recently purchased a house in Las Vegas (Subtle brag) I can verify that both Aria and Wynn offer 1-2 bring in 5 and 5-5 10 rock PLO daily. Have only played at each sparingly, but can say the games are not the greatest in the world by any measure.
1-2 is usually only PLO after the initial bringin, which can be to 5, 10, or 15. This is basically a trap structure (rewards very tight play) where the players believe they're "limping" with a 2.5x open and "potting" with a 7.5x open. Nit it up for easy profit, though at much higher variance than the blinds would suggest.
I think it will be hard to find games without the $5 bring in, but there may still be a few. It's hard enough for the Dealers to do the 5x math, and now you want them to preform 2x-9x math? Nightmare without a table captain to do it for them. I've heard of 'super' Dealers out there that can handle any stake's math, but they are few and far between .. and deserve a little extra in their check for sure.
