Not a lot of places have huplo still in their lobbies. Party has huplo, normal tables and "fastforward"(their zoom), aside from that you're likely going to have to play on the untracked sites and lesser known networks. PM me if you want to discuss further. But essentially huplo exists until someone else joins your table, on a site like wsop ppl will listen when you say "hu only" and will leave, but unlikely to work on a bigger site.
