Best 2-4 level resources?

Best audible.com books? Best under 200 CAD courses? I can beat 1-2, but in limited 2-4 action, I find myself trying to suck out to get action too often. Need some better plans.

The best resources for 2/4 in order are playing a bunch of 2/4, and then playing a bunch of lower stakes. If you find yourself 'trying to suck out' you may consider dropping down even further as you can lose chunks and chunks at 2/4.
