Without the Ac I think it is a clear call, now it is a bit harder. Sure looks a lot like a dangling 2 or underfull looking for value, but then again you sometimes see people show up with the weirdest of hands in these spots, like 98543 with clubs or something like that.

Do you have AcAhKx7x4x with two hearts?
How does UTG play? Why didn't you 3bet your aces?

Raise pre; as played I'm not fully convinced villain has enough bluffs and worse hands to call river, even though I appreciate the theoretical argument for it

Again I don't play 5 card PLO, but in 4 card PLO this is a polarizing bet. No one is potting with a worse two pair here, so you're effectively bluff catching. I don't think people are bluffing 33% of the time here in 4 card PLO, doubt they are in 5 card either, so I fold to pot sized river bet.

Flip a coin. I'd lean toward fold without any reads.

I call here in a vacuum but has to be very villain dependent.
