effective stacks ~800, hero covers

Villain is solid player, plays fairly aggressive, raises often in position

Preflop folds to villain in cutoff, he makes it 20. I 3-bet to 70 on the button with KsQcTs9c. SB (almost any 4 cards) calls, BB folds, villain calls.

Flop Qd9d2s (pot 215)

BB checks, villain bets 200, I call

Turn (Qd9d2s)9c (pot 615)

Villain checks, I check

River (Qd9d2s9c)7d (pot 615)

Villain checks, I bet 375 villain snaps and mucks.

Villain had ~530 behind on the river, is 375 here good enough, or should I be trying for full value?

I think I would have bet the turn. Looks as if you might be taking a stab, and he might call w/ AA/KK/dd or similar. Also, some cards might scare him on river.

I think full value on river is better especially since it's less than pot.

Once you bet 375 on river you might as well go for more or max value as its not really a cost-efficient bluff size, you can go for much less value

Also raise the flop

Bet villains stack on river imo. I think check turn is best having underrepped your hand on turn and having the hand locked down.

Also agree with raising flop with these stack sizes

Are we really just wanting to get it in on the flop vs something like AJTx with diamonds?

Yes, because we are more likely to make a mistake on the turn than our opponent given the variety of draws he can have, also because we are not closing the action we have additional incentives to jam

Definitely just shoving river

As played, definitely just jamming river. However, I would have liked to see a pot reraise on the flop. A lot of action killing/scare cards on turn, and you want to get max value.

Hand is a train wreck. Raise flop, bet turn and as played you should be shipping river.

Raise flop, river pot. I think if you want to bet turn you can bet small, but I don't hate a check if we unblock fds.

Note that our opponent flatted pre, and is unlikely to have AA.
