This isn't a great hand. Preflop equities run together in PLO, so if it is a mistake to fold this hand, it's probably not a huge mistake. It'd make sense to fold it in early or middle position in an aggressive game. I wonder what a solver would say about this hand in the HJ with a limp, raise, and call in front of you.
Since you are against some relatively shallow stacks, you often have no problems getting it in with top two and this hand usually flops top two when it flops two pair. It's probably better at 50bb effective than 300bb effective.
It might make sense to 3bet iso against the short stacker if he has a wide enough opening range. I'd need to know more about the caller, though.
