Hello,

I've startet PLO not so long ago and mainly based my strategy on the "PLO from scratch" series on Donkr. Unfortunately, these articles don't really deal with multiway big pots.
Here's a specific HH, but I would be interested in more general principles as well.

€0.05 PL Hi - Omaha Hi - 5 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

Hero (UTG): 229.2 BB
CO: 261.4 BB
BTN: 100 BB
SB: 123.6 BB
BB: 121.6 BB
(I don't have any reads about players at this point, nor enough hands to look at the statistics.)

SB posts SB 0.4 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.4 BB) Hero has A 7 A T

Hero raises to 3.4 BB, CO raises to 10.2 BB, fold, SB calls 9.8 BB, BB calls 9.2 BB, Hero raises to 51 BB, CO calls 40.8 BB, SB calls 40.8 BB, BB calls 40.8 BB

Flop: (204 BB, 4 players) 8 3 2
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets 178.2 BB and is all-in, CO calls 178.2 BB, fold, fold

Turn: (560.4 BB, 2 players) T

River: (560.4 BB, 2 players) 2

Hero shows A 7 A T (Two Pair, Aces and Twos)
(Pre 64%, Flop 40%, Turn 0%)
CO shows 6 8 7 9 (Flush, Ten High)
(Pre 36%, Flop 60%, Turn 100%)
CO wins 540.4 BB

My pre plan was obvisouly to is; it failed pretty hard. On the flop, I thought it was dry enough so I could shove. I was OK playing against a FD and thought the straight draw was too low to hit anyone's range, especially since I'm blocking aces.
Flat pre? x/f post?

What kind of flop would you x/f? T87 is quite obvious, but what about dry K/Q/J-high flops?

Thanks.

Standard play, can't be avoided with that SPR specially with those redraws, don't be results oriented.
