5/10 HU deep line check

Was 2-3 tabling the guy for an hour or two and he was down a ton and really tilted. I'd been playing this texture sheepishly so I thought this would do good things for my checking range and he'd barrel really wide. Turn seems standard after flop, but my plan was to c/c every river. Can I do that profitably? If my hand is QQ89 is my line ok?
