On the turn should I continue? since he raised from the SB i feel likely he would have overpair with a Flush draw.

If the Flop was 9 8 2 then a T comes, I would almost always check here.

Pretty normal bet for value and protection.

Fold pre, especially with a maniac likely to raise in position. I think solid four card hands can definitely be playable in 5 card plo, but not UTG especially with a hyper aggro player still to act.
