UTG : $ 1000
MP : $ 1000
CO : $ 1000
BU (Hero): $1900
SB : $ 1500
BB: $ 1000

Pre Flop: (pot: $15.00) Hero has A 8 8 3 3
UTG MP CO folds, Hero raises to $30, BU raises to $100, Hero calls

Flop: ($210, 2 players) 8 5 4
SB checks, Hero ?

Villain is a reg. I believe he noticed me been opening alot from late and decided to 3bet me a few times.

On this flop, when he checks, I put him either big pairs or Broadway.
I feel betting here i will get nothing to call because i am holding the nut flush draw.

If i check and a broadway drops, do i raise him or just call down?

Looks like a typo in the pre action.
I‘de bet ~60$ and try to build a pot.

I like betting half pot here but I also don't mind checking back. He's not going to hit this flop hardly at all as you stated and you have the nut flush draw.

You shouldn't be worried about overcards except for an A. A King could give him topset, but that is a lot less likely.
