Both checks

Turn: ($255, 2 players) J

Hero checks, Villian Bets $127

River: ($509, 2 players) Q

Hero ?

Villain has been 3betting quite often(maybe 3/10) Vpip around 60%
Will attack weakness time to time.

The river, not sure to bet small for value or check and hope he fires again.

what about turn 3xraise???I would bet turn myself. He can have QQ or low flush, if he get nothing we will not get any more money

Well-played so far. Now you can mix up your play, but I would tend to check or bet very small ~ $50 and expect him to jam any house or better and potentially some bluffs too. Stacks are important here as he has less than pot and people tend to be more aggro on the river when there's less punishment for being wrong.
