2-5 PLO 2 pair + f draw tough spot

I recently switched to PLO from Nlh , still find some spots where I'm not sure what to do
Here sb k523 ssdd
Fish opens 20 early pos , 3 callers , and I complete in sb
Flop 100$
Kx 2s 7s
Fish 100$(500$ stack) very straight forward player (1800$ stack)who is stuck about 2k in the game makes it $400 , folds around to hero.
Fwiw I think the raiser will fold all 2 pair hands and 22 if I shove
I cover both players.
What am I supposed to do here?

fold pre, fold flop. not that tough.
this hand is garbage, your position is the worst, just dump it preflop. i wouldn´t count on players who are stuck 2k already to raise/fold sets and top two either.
do you have the K high fd? doesnt really matter much though imo.

Ya that hand is garbage. Looks pretty but it's garbage. And you could of won if you played it - but it's generally not correct.

I think a shove here is +EV given how strong you think your fold equity is. I expect to usually be in a great spot with fishy. Even if we get called by big stack I bet we are around 40% vs his range. I also don't see why he folds 22 and not 77 - I bet he folds both at similar rates. We have blockers to every great hand and have a pretty good one ourselves.
If we're getting folds from Mr. ABC so often then it doesn't really matter what fish has, we're going to create an awesome equity spot for ourselves.
Oh yeah, definitely fold pre unless you think you're waaaaaay better than everyone.
