Villain is a bad reg. I have played with him a lot. 60ish years old, calls a lot. Overvalues med strength hands. Bluff in bad spots.
Hero has been active, but not terribly out of line. Hero recently 3bet all in on a flop with 2nd pair and the NFD, making villain fold bottom 2p.
Villain - $700 - BB.
Hero - $1000 - BU .... 9d Td
Folds to hero who raises to $20, all others fold, villain defends his BB.
Flop: $40
Tc 8h 9s
Villain checks, hero bets $25, villain calls
Turn: $90
Kh
Villain checks, hero bets $60, villain calls.
River: $210
As
Villain checks, hero bets $75 for thin value, villain raises to $200
Hero?
I guess all he really reps that beats us is AT. I doubt he floated the flop with air, as it is not really his style. Besides, his turn call is inconsistent with a flop float. This is a busted draw a lot, amirite? However, I'd probably expect a busted draw to donk the river rather than c/r.

Easy fold on the river. Vs more observant opponents turn is a good spot to strengthen your checking range.
