Will update but I need thoughts

BB is Grandpa who is generally nitty playing but is down a few buy ins on the night and looking to gamble, I factor this into my implieds

UTG is Grandma and literally only waiting for AAxx. She has been short stacking and losing $200 at a time for hours but always limp/repotting aces. We had a solid aggressive table so she could easily get away with this in her position.

Villain: Villain is middle aged foreign guy. Very chatty, shipped a $1,200 pot after betting $800 HU on the river OOP against a solid player where both players had close to the same starting stacks of around $1400. That hand was KQQ8T and he claims he had quads. He is friendly and we are chatting a bit. On this particular hand commented "oh no this guy called my raise can i fold guys??" He was acting really fast and was possibly on adderall or something. Anyways, his $400 bet reeked of isolation as it was fast, and i could see he definitely expected me to **** off and fold. I tank and call.

Flop seems like a pretty standard call, its not even for full pot.

I'd probably fold pre when it is two raises back to me.

Typically you are 35-40% against AAxx type of hands when you Flop a pair and your outs are clean, so it's very hard to get away from this hand AP when your getting better than 2 to 1 with the dead money in there and you having less than pot in your stack (1100). You also have both BD flushes and a Q Turn that connects with either flush draw actually makes you a favorite in some cases due to your 1-pull wrap.

Call it off ... GL

UPDATE: I repotted all in, villain called and showed up with QJ82 and my initial read that he was isolating pre with a hand slightly in the middle was right. I shipped with pair J and K kicker. Main pot (smallest pot) went to old grandma with KKxx

If that hand is slightly in the middle, what would a bad hand be?

if your read was that his hand was slightly in the middle and your hand dominates all slightly in the middle hands why didn't you ship it pre?
