2.5/5 PS 100BB Good spot to squeeze? 2.5/5 PS 100BB Good spot to squeeze?

Villian: Does not play these stakes normally. Has been playing much more aggressively than when he has played in lower stakes. I would not be surprised if a friend visiting our state for the WSOP is playing his account. If this is truly the villian, then hero has a long history with him and usually got the better of him, at lower stakes.

Folds to CO (been raising a decent amount pre), who pots to $17.5, Villian on button calls, SB (Short stack of 50BB) calls... Hero has JJ108ss to the J...

Is this a good spot to squeeze? Or is call always better with single suit?

As played, Hero pots to $87.50, CO folds, Villian calls, SB folds.

Flop comes KQQ 2h (we do not have any backdoor fd) so we flop open ended with of course the under pair.

Do we check and give up or stab hoping he has a low rundown?

Fair enough. Should we only squeeze with premium Aces? or AKQx?

Ok, first I want to apologize for the tone of my first reply. It was really unneccessary to put it that way.

Your BB squeezing range here will/should be heavily weighted towards AAxx and double-suited hands. Very few non AAxx and single-suited hands are squeezes.

The rundowns "have" to be doublesuited, not the lowest ones, and not have gaps really. So no 3456ds or 5789ds, but 789Tds 89TJds, etc. Connected A-high hands can have gaps, such as AQT9ds, AKQ9ds. Don't squeeze them if they aren't ds. A+broadway+broadway+wheel (ds) are all pretty fine too, like AKT4, AQJ2, AKJ3 (AGAIN, doublesuited, can't stress it enough)...

DS A-high broadway pairs are also squeezes, so AKK4ds, AQJJds, etc. Good double paired ds hands like QQJJds KKTTds can be squeezed.

So, basically: Not single suited stuff no matter how good they look unless they are aces really (MAAAAYBE AKK3ss, things like that) JJT8ds would be a pretty yolo queeze as well 4 ways tbh, but doable I suppose. A suit adds many % extra equity and makes all the difference in the world in a marginal spot

Thank you very much. This helps a lot and is much appreciated.

Agree that hand is a terrible squeeze candidate. As played, think you should bet/fold the flop - 30-40%.

Giving up a lot when called.

Worse jj i think about squeezing in this spot is normally jj/99 or aqjjds, both of which have good playabily when callkng anyway.

I'd raise AKK3ss every single time 50 BB deep

I'd guess AKK3ss is in the GTO sqz range for any stack depth tbh. You're gonna have to fold to a 4b at a ton of stack sizes though. I also don't know how this being 4ways and not 3ways impacts things, but probably not a whole lot. At least not in a way I can figure out and I don't have da sims for 4way squeezes so.. But yea prob same as 3way squeezing
