Villain reg. Pre 3b that deep might be suboptimal, but cant be to bad with suited ace and somehow connected. Still prob a call instead of 3b or very low freq 3b.

Flop, turn, river all standard imo. What do you do vs that shove?

He is kinda capped, shouldnt have AAxx really, only the very bad combos AA27rb kinda. Also see him 4betting good KKxx. KQxx shouldnt shove the river imo, caus i will play AAxx, KKxx the same way almost always.

River is super weird and gross imo. Before i monker this hand, i wanted to hear some thoughts. We are at our bottom valuerange i would say so fold seems okayish. Also find it very hard to find proper bluff combos, basically only AKxx, AKJT kinda hands. In the end his value range is super thin, we block some of it but i think people underbluff that spot.

Thoughts am I a nit or easy fold caus people underbluff there.

I would think he may be able to start profitably taking this line with Axss without the K if you make a habit of lead folding this ~strength hand. Can name the people who I thought bluffed enough to call this hand confidently on river that I've played vs on my hands, and even they would have to be in a certain mood, but I don't think its impossible. I don't think I love your line.
Not sure you are/should be as protected as you think from a bluff after 28% flop check turn, I have a feeling you may be underbetting this turn in general with your range if you know that you are?

I don't play that much HU, is preflop standard? Seems like a pretty bad 3b to me and I would be 4betting you like crazy if this hand went to showdown.

I would also bet a lot bigger on the flop or not bet at all.

Turn and river are both ? not really sure what I'd do but don't think I'd do the same as you.

Pre is fine/standard afaik (not sure on exact size, but 200bb i know it is). I think he can actually do it pure with certain k667 single combos as well, its part of a normal gto range and plays way better than one would expect altho does taper off deeper pending opp play style. as long as OOP is playing reasonable in position is actually doing itself a disservice 4 betting too much especially since nobody plays perfect yet, and much harder to play deep spr oop.

Hard to comment on his flop/turn play without knowing his overall sizing options, im guessing he doesn't have much of a bet small on this turn range when he prob should considering this hadn got posted
