I didn't know if I should fold or call the turn. This was against what I now suspect is some sort of bad reg but only 100 hands. Any thoughts about this hand? much appreciated.

Seems okay. River is sort of close. I think this is going to be a bit of an explo decision. You don't have the best blockers (you unblock straights but block fds) and you only block 4x which is not great when 3 pairs, and people underbluff rivers in this spot in my experience. I would probably lean towards a fold, but it's sort of a flip a coin situation. People under barrel but they also pick really bad spots for when they do.
