I am getting 3bet from this bully again!! on the flop I hit just bottom pair but the board seems dry and it looks like one of them standard cbet hes doin so I am gonna gamble!!!

Fold pre flop. I dont like the play against this type of villlain who is crazy/fishy/bully since he will most likely get it in light since it is a 3bet pot and he is getting a good price on his call

Edit: And we have to look out for SB who could have picked up a monster..

pitch it preflop. you can def wait for a better spot to 'gambol" than bottom pair.

also, if you fold A9t3 suited to the A ip to a 3bet, what about jt93 suited to the J?
