That's a bad card that hits his nut flush draw hands...and he could have two pairs, but with an SPR of just over 1 I pot it and hope I'm good...and good on the river.

I don't think this is that great of a hand to be raising out of position here. A four card double suited rundown is fantastic in 4card PLO, but in 5card I lean more towards completing here. With this hand you're really hoping to flop a wrap or the nut straight on a rainbow board. When this hand flops "well", it often is a hand like this: two pair and an opes, great in 4card, okish in 5card. I prefer, out of position, to be raising hands that make topset with also nut flush possibilities, or 5card rundowns double suited.
