UTG : $ 400
MP : $ 600
CO : $ 1800
BU : $ 400
SB : $ 400
BB (Hero): $ 1500

Pre Flop: (pot: $6.00) Hero has A A 8 7 6
UTG folds, MP raises to $14, CO raises to $48, BU and SB folds, Hero raises to $156, MP folds, CO calls

Flop: ($336, 2 players) K 8 6
Hero bets $230, CO calls

Turn: ($796, 2 players) 4
Hero checks, CO bets $398, Hero calls

River: ($1592, 2 players) 6
Hero ?

Villain is a 50/30 fishy player 6% 3bet
Lost about 2-3 BI and can be seen aggro tilting

I actually dont really like my turn but i dont know what else to do, should i just bet and hope he doesnt have the straight or 2pair+?

The river is also a confusing one for me, if i bet here i feel i am only getting value from a straight, any house that calls there is either better or same.

With hindsight, i dont think if villain has a straight he would just bet 50% of the pot?

What about check raising the flop as an option? If he pots, you can get in 1200 on the flop and the rest is easy to play.

thought of that too but alittle bit worried that he might check, would really want to start building a pot right from the start.
understand saying this abit contradict me saying he is on aggro tilt but sometimes he only reserves his aggro for pre and might chill when it gets to post

You need to bet the flop, too many flush draws will want to call but check behind.

Turn is probably better as a c/c but I doubt bet/gii would be a big mistake at all.

River is tricky and also doesn't seem to me to be a big deal either way.

Anything beside betting river is bad, he's going to check back any flush,straight,6xx combo but if you bet he'll call some % of the time with those holdings.

I am mainly a 4 card player, but against fishy player wouldn't block bet/lead somewhere between 1/4 pot to 1/2 pot and folding to raise be optimal? As mentioned they will likely x back any non-boats but still call most flushes for this price.

What about the river play? From the one side he will check back any str8 and flush, from another side we cant represent any bluff by our line with ch-calling turn
