good hand so I raise and gets 3b from an opponent that play a 33/25/11. another opponent call n I feel like ahead so i decide to shallow the stack by 4betting n bets 5bet. by now I feel like im committed so got the rest all in.

I dont like the 4bet at all... 1) ppl don't 3bet utg opener very light, 2) you're risking 200bb praying he doesnt have AAxx or KKxx, why would you do that? 3) youre hand plays very well postflop, just flat damit

I dont mind the play. I would 3bet you very light since we are 200bbs deep and I'm IP.

And once you 4bet you have to get it in

I wouldn't 4bet myself.

As played can we not flat the 5bet and fold on the worst possible flops like 223r without backdoor draws etc?

If you think he's 3betting you as light as DP would be doing, def go ahead and 4bet. However, given that you're UTG and he's MP, I think he's gonna be alot more straightforward than what would be optimal at these stack depths, so I'd probably just flat against most opponents.

I'd def flat here since your hand plays so poorly to a 5 bet and there isn't a dynamic where he is 3 betting you super light
