2/4 3b pot HELP

Villain playing 72.8/48 over 100 hands with 18% 3b. Been 3 betting a fair amount with c/f a Q97 flop, leading 1/2 ptb on 334cc and snap folding to a raise in 2 of the 3b pots i remember. Been moderately aggressive, but hasn't made any big bluffs yet. Hand seems to have such bad reverse implied, but is folding just too weak? If you say call and re-evaluate, how are you playing say a 3h turn that is checked to us?
