Grabbed by Holdem Manager
PL Omaha $4(BB) Replayer
SB ($624)
BB ($453)
UTG ($1,293)
UTG+1 ($823)
CO ($213)
Hero ($519)

CO antes $0.80
Hero antes $0.80
SB antes $0.80
BB antes $0.80
UTG antes $0.80
UTG+1 antes $0.80

Dealt to Hero 4 A 8 2

fold, fold, fold, Hero raises to $8, SB calls $6, BB calls $4

FLOP ($28.80) A 8 T

SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets $27.40, SB calls $27.40, BB calls $27.40

TURN ($111) A 8 T A

SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets $84, SB raises to $360, BB folds

Is folding this crazy? Guy is 25/15, seems passive - hasnt 3 bet once in 89 hands, hasnt raised a cbet or donk bet himself
The fact he hasnt 3 bet means he can have AKQJ stuff himself I guess, but dont know if he would shove that given how strong I look, 3 way, guy behind, etc

TT/88 probably wouldnt shove here either, and AT makes alot of sense to cc the flop. We are 125 BB deeep also

Thoughts?

Nut opponent = shove

Any other opponent = shove. Pretty sure i fold here exactly 0,X%

I agree it can't be TT/88. I don't think a fold is crazy, but don't tell anyone about it.

i play lower but obv read this thread aswell and jus think it's one of those spots you think u know ur gonna be beat and hate urself for calling after - but still call anyway - then hate urself for being right and also being a donk.

Changed my mind twice already. Sort of a 'whatever' spot I think. Guess I'm leaning towards folding.

I really feel like you are doing yourself a disservice by betting so large. What is your plan on the flop if you are raised? How can we expect villian to play all boats on the turn? I love the minraise pre. Maybe it's a stylistic thing but I feel like betting smaller, esp. on lockdown boards, gives you more room to manouver.

everyone saying ''i fold'' is lyeing. you are multitabling, you have 30seconds to decide while others tables are like ''pim pim its your time''.

at least you think ''hmmm 2nd nuts. fuuu why he would re raise so big w ATx?''

pretty sure everyone shove. saying fold is leveling.

Don't like sizing. Bet flop smaller; bet turn smaller.
If anything, the big turn bet makes you look weak: ordinarily, AA, TT, or even A8 wouldn`t bet the turn that big.

Agree with phunkphish, as soon as i read the thread i felt for a fold but i think we look kind of weak actually. Not that i expect villain to have that hands since no preflop 3 bet but for the sake of argument, would people always just checkcall ajqk here, i would think this would be a good spot for a raise considering that we might fold out some small boats and heroes turnraise look kind of weak. That on the other hand could be enough for villain to poss raise 1010 actually. That combined i think we have to call.
