hero (150) limp 2 w UTG Ad4d5cAs

2 limps to MP who pots. Many call Hero pots to 60. 6 call

flop (360) 7s7h5s. Sb lead 85, bb call.

Is this always a call or is this a rare spot where we can fold?

Table was not completely wild. I am drawing to an ace basically always

i mean if they always have you beat its an easy math problem that says fold... I don't think they ALWAYS have you beat just a lot of the time... even if you're ahead 5% of the time i think it makes it a call (.05*300ish equity is like 60$ plus .95*60ish equity is 55ish$ so $115ev>$90 cost)

If it goes 7 ways, folding AA is not "rare"

putting in 90 to win over 600 is more important than how many players there are in the hand.

In this spot I would fold. Multiway with a bet and call before you (after you potted preflop) you are very likely in bad shape(with 2 outs).

I win my largest pots when my opponent has AA and can't lay it down. I have no problem folding AA on bad boards when there is a good chance I am beat.
