I agree, but I'm surprised to see the defense suck when it mattered most the last two weeks. I thought they had turned the corner and that appears to be a mirage.

Hightower done, Cooley done, Moss out for 6 weeks or so. This franchise is a tragedy

I could care less if Moss or Cooley ever play again for the Skins. I don't mean to sound harsh because they've been good players, but these guys are part of an offense that for the past 5 seasons haven't been able to score more than 20 points a game. A lot of the blame has to go to the garbage that's been behind center but I'm all for just a complete rebuild at the skills position. NOBODY ON OFFENSE SCARES ANYONE.....the closest guy is probably Fred Davis, who is a complete moron. They should have traded Cooley two seasons ago when he had some value.

I'm torn between the idea that the NFL doesn't really care about player safety unless they are a star offensive player, and my opinion that Cooley is kind of a douche. Well, torn isn't the word. I think they're both true!

that was ****in ugly. great game offensive line. 9 sacks and 25 yards rushing. beck had absolutely no time to throw.

So ****ing sick of this ****. Back to being a laughing stock of the league. I think you can make a case we're actually worse than last year. And Shanahan looks like a complete fool to think Beck can play in this league.

The Bills sacked John Beck 9 times right? How many sacks would they have had if Rex Grossman was back there, 17?

This. Those 3 wins are the worst thing to happen to this franchise since Spurrier

No real shot at Luck now, whos 2nd best QB? Barkley? Landry Jones? RG3?

I'd honestly love for them to get Jeffrey or Blackmon and not a QB since it would be nice to have an offensive playmaker for once. Not sure I could take another year of rexybeck though

Seriously, who cares anymore?

This season is akin to Zorn's last year here. It's the beginning of November and I'm completely apathetic about this team and their games. I'd rather play poker at DP, play video games, jerk off to Bea Arthur, than watch this team any more.

Blame Synder, everyone else does.

He has brought in new players, coaches, and management and we still suck.

Snyder creates a toxic work enviroment because he is a miserable person (like he cares...although he is hated and the franchise is no longer the respected and feared team it once was, the value of the team has actually grown).

People loved J K Cooke Sr.: People despise Synder.

Until he gets stabbed by a disgruntled employee, we are gonna suck.

As someone that has multiple lifetime banned accounts on Extremeskins, let me attest to my hatred of Daniel M. Snyder. There are people in this world that the collective public would not give a flying **** if something unfortunate happened to them. I believe he's one of these people. Seriously, this guy is the Jerry Yang of football owners. ONE business of his happened to flourish at the right time and he had the sense to cash out. Since then, everything he has touched has turned to ****. Most of all, the Washington Redskins. Sure, they generate revenue but I think most of that money comes from the fact that he owns the stadium and doesn't have to pay a lease. Anybody who goes to his games knows that the crowds are only getting smaller, not bigger. We're facing another losing season and while he's finally stepped back, buddy it should have been done eight or nine years ago. We are HORRIBLE at most positions. The problem with this team is personnel, not coaching. So what does he do? Hire a guy who was known to have a spotty personnel track record AT BEST. He is the devil, IMO.

Do I want Shanahan fired? Of course not. The alternative could be worse and I DO see some signs of optimism. We're just so royally screwed everywhere that I think we're a lost cause in the short term. I don't see us getting much better next year so I think he'll be on the hot seat come year 4. Hopefully by then, with two more offseasons, we'll have a chance to be good.

yeah but the problem is we rebuild like every 2-3 years. totally new coaching staff, a bunch of new players. optimism grows, we underperform, everyone gets frustrated, coach gets fired and back to rebuilding.

lolredskins.

All I wanted was a win against Dallas, then we could tank all the rest.

Ugh.

Well look at it this way, they're still probably gonna win a couple more games to finish 5-11 or 6-10. That win might have given them a seven win season and put them at 12-15 in the draft instead of top ten.

Just looking for any positives at this point.

Currently we're picking seventh in the first round and fourteenth in the second round.

Had Reserves today, so I missed EVERYTHING but the last six minutes. I literally got to a TV right before the Sanchez (overrated, do not draft Matt Barkley) hooked up with Holmes on the TD which was completely a blown coverage.

Then we find out two of our only bright spots on offense couldn't stay away from the chronic during the season and are now DONE. I could care less if you're doing that stuff during the offseason, but if you're smoking weed enough to pop during the season you're just a complete and utter moron.

We must do whatever we can to draft RG3. I'll put the over/under on the Shanahan regime at four seasons. He'll either quit/take a buyout or be fired after that. What a bill of goods we've been sold with these jerkoffs.

crossing my fingers for manning but i'll take RG3

I'm a UT fan and I watched almost every game Manning played there, but signing him is not a good idea. It would take a ton to get him, draft picks and salary cap space, and who the hell knows what he's got left? You're getting a guy clearly on the downside of his career. It's not worth it. It might feel good to win 9 or 10 games a season or two but after that we'll be right back where we are.....tossing the collective salads of the better teams in the league.
