I've never understood the "overrated" chant. I used to try to get people to chant "Your team is really good and we just beat you so we're even better" but it never caught on.

watched the game on delay, otherwise i would have been in here commiserating with you jtg. we really need to get some other source of offense besides kemba, in the 2nd half it seemed like everyone was scared to shoot besides kw, not sure if that was Jim's plan or what, i would hope not. i liked all the penetration kemba was getting in the 2nd half and he did a great job of either finishing or getting to the line, i just wish we had done that more in the first half instead of settling for tough, contested jumpers. if kemba/napier/lamb penetrate more in the 1st half we get their huge bigs in foul trouble and it becomes a lot easier to get oriakhi involved in the post and will open up 3s for our shooters.

bleh, ugly game overall, Pitt played very well on D. we're gonna have to diversify our offense a bit if we're gonna try and stay in the top 10 throughout the year/be a contender

conference opener @pitt has to be worst possible matchup for us, offense was basically non-existent but not gonna overreact

The last two posts pretty much sum up my feelings, except there's no way JC's plan is to have everyone stand around and watch Kemba. That's just what happens when you have a superstar and a bunch of freshmen. I'd bet that JC screams at Lamb and Roscoe in practice every day to be more assertive on offense.
