BJ Ryan should not be in this game. Do they not consider the Whitesox strangle hold on first place in the central? WTF

it's not like they were fat pitches down the middle though. they were both pretty decent pitches that they did a good job of gettign a hold of.

154 games left. I'm waiting for the letdown.

I just want them to be in contention for a little bit during the summer so going to games won't be a downer.

I like how the lineup rotates with rlrlrlr from the 4 thru 1 spots so moving snider up may disturb that. We should look @ breaking up the 4 str8 righties to lead off, but Scutaro and Hill have done so well and Wells and Rios aint hittin anywhere but 3 and 4 so it could be hard to move Snider anywhere except for flipping him with overbay

Hopefully jannsenn get's the call-up tommorow, and I'm under the assumption the Jays will put Litsch on the 15 day dl, no reason to be crazy.

T-Snide's a beast...

I **** my pants laughing seeing a highlight of swisher pitching in the yankees game during comercials, lol

The top 4 in the order definitely ain't changing anytime soon, if at all this season (barring injuries).

By the end of the week "The One" will be at 8th spot atleast imo, barajas/barett will go down to 9.

Move Rios for some starting pitching and then The One can take his spot imo.

I hate Rios, friggin prima donna. Chances of him moving, 0.00%. **** JP.

Were not trading for any SP'ing, theirs still jansenn, cecil, and mills in minors as SP that will be up at some point this year.

If they move him up, it will probably be to 7th to keep the LRLRL bats at the bottom of the lineup.

That would, however, mean Overbay would move down to 9th. Will be an interesting quandary a month or so from now.

I suppose they could put him 6th but then, again, they'd have 2 left handed bats in a row. Not sure I like that. And if Rolen keeps hitting anything remotely like this there will be no need. He'll probably hit 7th after a while w/ Barajas 8th and Overbay 9th.

Posts like this make me a very sad panda. Just why do you hate Rios so much? 6-2 and people are still hating on JP...

We desperately need a guy close to Doc's calibre behind him in the rotation. The Jays haven't had one as long as he's been the ace. Burnett doesn't count, way overrated imo and overpaid to boot.

It's too bad Marcum and McGowan weren't healthy to start this season, would've been interesting to see if they could continue their form...hopefully McGowan's close to peak when he comes back but I'm skeptical.

162 game season...Ricciardi's on his 2nd 5-year plan and we're still nowhere near the playoffs.

JP is the worst exec in professional sports who hasn't been fired yet.

I don't know what the feelings are about Rios with the Jays fans 2+2ers, but I can't stand the guy. I'll never forget that press conference..."I can't believe they're paying me this much to play baseball."

You and me both, brother...
