Speaking of Antholopous I heard he started working for the Jays in the mailroom and kept getting promoted up until his current job as Asst. GM. I wonder how I can luckbox a job like that lol

He said in pre-game interview how he needs to keep the ball low. Pretty much everything hit off him were pitches that were no where close to where barajas wanted the location(all high pitches).

Someone please explain to me how Ricky Romero is anything short of awful in the majors. He was effin awful in the minors for 4 seasons and now has back to back dominating outings vs the phillies.

Did he decide to try now or what?

He moved up to where they would respect his strength imo.

Yes sample size... but he was barely an average minor league pitcher, still mind puzzling how his era isnt anything about above 5.

4.5 ~ career era, crazy amt of walks, 5k/9,

A-Rod can be benched. Rollins can be benched. But Rios and Wells can't be.

I mean, god forbid we even move Wells out of the 3 spot, lest his feelings get hurt.

That they can't produce is one thing, that the Jays refuse to do anything about it is worse.

+1

this is getting frustrating. Do something. Mix something up! How long are we going to let Wells and Rios occupy the meat of the order? Give Lind some time there imo.

Also, I know its been a while since the news came out on McGowan...but I would just have to say this "dfjobwdklvbqwdfvbgqwiuvbg".

i like this pick. Better to get someone with potential to be something great than pick someone who is just a sure thing at being an ok player....which this draft seemed to be full of.

Also, I know this is not the place for it...but Stephan Curry = BenchPlayer4Lyfe. Aside from Griffin ldo, Tyreke Evans is the best prospect in this draft...yes, better than The Rubio.

Hey guys,

I honestly haven't been happy for a single minute since my cat died the other day. That is until I saw just how silly Doc made Willy Aybar look just now.

I wish I could care that this team has been playing horribly but my hockey team just traded for Scott ****ing Gomez. Nothing bothers me anymore.

So you're not at all worried that the Canadiens just added one of the worst contracts in the entire league to their payroll?

They just showed this sick stat on TSN... apparently Carl Crawford 40 steals on the season is more than the combined totals of all players on 8 different teams! God, how long has it been since the Jays have had a legitimate stolen base threat in their lineup??

ah that's what I was saying. That trade is so terrible for so many reasons that nothing else can bother me anymore. It would be fun to at least score more than 1 run per game tho, I'm falling asleep watching this.
