I agree. Cecil should have earned a spot after these last two outings. A while ago it was OMG who is going to fill the holes behind Halliday and Litsch. Now, IMO, you have Halliday, Romero, Richmond, Cecil, Tallet, Janson...... It seems Litsch is going to have a hard time getting back in. Nice problem to have.
This is very promising, becuase with Marcum and McGowan, we never really know if or when they would get back to where they were. Sadly, many young pitchers never get their form back.
