Didn't know Bautista was going to blow his wad in game 1. He looks really uncomfortable up there right now.

Lawrie would have made that catch if it wasn't for the fan. Fans in the front row should know to never make a catch on a pop up.

Jays need to stop by the Home Depot and pick up some finish before tomorrow's game.

Excessive Buck hate is lolbad, he's absolutely fine. Tabler is what he is, whatever.

Shulman is the man. Fantastic call, one of the best of our era.

No Rasmus or Lind in the lineup today. E5 moves to 1st, Davis in at CF, Francisco as the DH.

back to back series wins is a good sign, especially when the offense is in the tank. As for Santos, Im trying to think of recent history (blue jays or anyone else for that matter) when players take a short personal leave, dont they usually come back hot? Good way to leave the team though, the jays will need more of that when he comes back. Hopefully they can find there bats during the O's series.

Yeah, I think they'll start to come around on the weekend. After all, you know you have problems when you can't hit against the Orioles.

So is Lind not going to face LHP anymore?(good thing) or is today simply a day off?

Sometimes they will give Colby a day off, sometimes Adam, sometimes Thames/Snider. Probably always at least one and never all three.

Lester pretty much owns the Jays, and Jays lefties in particular, so Farrell threw as few of them out there as necessary.

It's a very good sign that they scrape by and win games where they aren't hitting. It doesn't hurt that Ricky Ro pitched stellar as hell, but good teams find ways to win, and so far that's what the Jays have had to do.
