They were actually relased on a single DVD. I picked it up at the Jays store in Rogers Centre a couple of years ago, I'd imagine they're still available.

The only redeeming quality of this game will be the two mock umpires behind HP in the 'Action' seats. It's epicness is made possible only because they're on TV throughout the game.
