relievers don't do it practically ever. starters do it to stretch apparently, but relievers typically only throw an inning or two tops and then are unavailable for a week.

At the Cubs game last night against the Reds and they have an old school score board in center and I look up after awhile to check out the Jays/Sox game and see this ugly 4, 2, 2, 1...ugh.

Was cool to see Votto playing (hit the game winning RBI in the 13th).

Oh ya and this is the 2nd time I've got to see Reed Johnson play this year, he pitch hit last night and in May when I was at Fenway with the Cubs were in town and he came on to replace someone who got injured early on that game.

Sid from thescore is joining fan590 to be the new 1-4 host, maybe tim mcallef will come over too.

Sick fan590 for once didnt sign another hockey puck to host their radio shows, gonna be weird and awesome hearing something beside 24/7 hockey talk during the winter.

Ya well my dad worked for score radio last year.... He is Uncle Ben on the football betting show with Cohen. theScore recently got bought out by XM and in turn theScore Sirius radio station is getting shut down.

So all their radio personalities got ****ed, my father included, who was set to have his own college football show from 10am-12pm on saturday mornings. Pretty sour.

you start to feel good about this team when they take 3 out of 4 vs Boston, and then they get shutout by Jeremy ****ing Guthrie.

protected 1st rounder ftw

if Jeremy Guthrie pitched for anyone else he'd be a pretty good pitcher.

Orioles' minor leaguers are hitting a million singles off Henderson. Lawrie prefers homeruns.

I remember watching Guthrie start against the Jays a few times over the last few years, and thinking the exact same thing. He's got great stuff.

Aaron Hill is now god of hitting in the NL West.

sporting a cool .931 ops in september after not posting higher than .659 in any month as a jay this year.

goes to show how good brett lawrie really is.

nothing would make me happier as a baseball fan than if the Jays swept this 2-game series against the Red Sox and put them one step closer to missing the playoffs

Lawrie and Arencibia presenting an award at the CCMAs. It's kind of awkward.
