This team is built on speed pitching and defense, and I love it. 11-5 at home. Headley is a nice surprise so far. If were at the top of the division through July they can't trade Adrian which would be fantastic.

Anyone worried about Venable and Blanks struggles? If not for the record people would consider them getting benched

I think Blanks will be fine because after all he is only 23. His K rate is ridiculous right now which is definitely a concern. In the minors he struck out 1 in 5.1 PA. I think giving him a chance to work out his struggles is fine, in part because he's one of our top prospects and because we don't have a viable alternative.

Venable I am unsure of. He never really dominated in the minors and at best it seems like he would hit 25 homers and .270.

Another great pitching performance against the hitting challenged Astros. Garland 7 shut out innings fantastic.

Correia scratched because of the death of his brother.

I'm really bummed about Stauffer, he was doing so well this season. Hopefully he can be back right after the All Star break.
