The trading Vick topic was just a derailment that got more derailed due to Tdomeski coming in a tarding up yet another thread I enjoy.

I realize there are a ton of other topics that are up for discussion but the hottest one has and probably will continue to be the QBs.

NEW TOPIC!!! Andy did a good job of not hanging Dunlap out to dry ala Winston Justice, King got beat 4-5 times but either he had help or the play was going to the other side of the field. I dont get why they were getting cute with the Abraham matchup, if Im the Falcons I just let Abraham beat up on Dunlap all day.

Really Coff? A few posters brought it up, and I was reading the thread and just figured I'd give my opinion on it. I did it in a totally respectful manner and yet you still decide to sling a personal attack my way? Do you even read my posts? Do you just see my name and figure everything I write is going to be worthless?

McNabb was pretty good, but seemed to be getting older and worse, more frequently injured, and the Eagles were stuck in "lose early in playoffs". I wanted drastic improvements through the draft, and we kept getting bad picks and keeping a QB that was not much (if at all) better than his backup. 2 years ago you get more than we did this past offseason for him. After another season of watching his "no hurry up" offense, I am glad that the problem is with the Skins (if you watched any of the GB game, it was pathetic).

Luckily our drafts have turned out pretty well, and with the lateish picks that we have had, we have gotten some serious talent. I guess I can't really complain, but I still am.

meh, I like tdome. I usually argue with him in my short time posting in these threads but you can tell he is very passionate about his teams, and I can dig that. He might be a huge homer but then again most if not all fans are.

Im 24, a season ticket holder to the birds since I was 12 and die hard philly sports fan (went to Drexel, would constantly wear my Villanova or St. Joes shirts proudly (not that Drexel is ever really a huge rival to them bc lolz @ drexel bball) on campus during their MM runs). I constantly try to be objective but I get excited as hell when my teams do well and start thinking we are the GOAT lol.

The realist in me wants to say that the Eagles haven't really beaten anyone, have a big QB controversy, and are getting decimated with injuries, a subpar at best OLine, and probably a realistic shot at the WC. However after the win on Sunday I was drunk at the bar talking SuperBowl. Which really could happen, but prolly isn't the most likely outcome.

Either way, I feel like tdome gets too into his homerism on here (I mean he actually said the Phils would be scared ****less LOLOLOLOL to face the braves in the postseason), but he seems like a good guy with just a lot of passion.

Pretty nervous about this game, I think it's really huge for us. We're playing pretty well so far but obviously it's a tough road game and anything could happen. It would be huge to go into the bye at 5-2, especially considering we have Indy coming off the bye.
