I've been quiet on the McNabb front because I just don't even know what to say. I'm so used to living and dying with 5.

I have forgotten what it's like to have a terrible QB. The grass is always greener. McNabb gets a lot of hate from the Philly fans/media. I'm still not ready to run Chunky Soup out of town.

I like what Kolb has shown over a small sample size, and the coaches reportedly like him a lot. The odds of Kolb being better for the team than McNabb in 2010 are not good, but obv it's a move for the longterm.

Trading McNabb is probably in the best interest of the team, but I'm not excited about it. If they are so high on Kolb, I don't see anyone giving them what they think he's worth, but they can get fair value for McNabb (possibly more). Kolb isn't going to stick around if McNabb gets an extension. If Kolb leaves, there's nothing left but McNabb on the decline.

It's time for a change, I guess.

I would hope the Eagles wouldnt waste a first rounder on Tebow, as an "experiment".

And for Beer, I also think its time for a change. Again, its very hard to part ways with the guy, but I definitely think its in the teams interest. He has been very good to the team, but just hasnt gotten that ring.

That would be completely shocking considering Mcnabb wants an extension and I highly doubt he would sign with a franchise in such dissary. You gotta trade him to a half decent team in order to get something in return, unless you just want to unload him to Stl for peanuts...(plz dont do that)

Doesn't seem like it. I would have really liked to see us add Rolle, but I don't think we're in bad shape if we don't make any major moves in free agency.

Peppers and Dansby were the only impact guys available this year. I wouldn't mind Peppers but not for $50mil guaranteed or whatever the Bears give him today.

Peppers is the exact type of player the Eagles dont overpay for, and in an uncapped year, there's like 0% chance he ends up here.

This is what I have been saying. It was out of character for them to sign Kearse a few years back and he was 27. Peppers is 30 years old dont get me wrong he is a great player but I think someone will regret signing him after about 2 years.
