Let's say I plan to be in the USA either later this year or September/October next year. How good are my chances to get two tickets to the Linc, and how much would it cost me? I understand that I stand virtually no chance to purchase them through official channels, right? Would I just go to the stadium and try my luck there?

I'd probably use stubhub.

lolBrowns and "only 1 game" caveats aside... that was exciting

Yeah, only lolbrowns, but at least he didn't look like **** against the lolbrowns. Bears might not be much a of a measuring stick either. Fully expect them to get pounded by steelers in week 3

It looks like a reporter from North Dakota enjoyed his stay in Philly covering Wentz and the Eagles.

Very encouraging and exciting, for both qb and coach. We all know it's the Browns, but it's still an NFL game that mattered. The kid came from FCS, played very little in the preseason, and found out he was starting a week ago. I don't know what more you could ask for. It was a great debut.

Joe Giglio: Carson Wentz had 275 yards, two touchdowns, zero interceptions and a 100-plus QB rating in his NFL debut. That’s something Sam Bradford has done twice in 63 career games.

Yeah, I'd say it was a great debut too. It's the Browns and only 1 game, but I've already seen enough to be convinced that he's better than what Bradford would have been in the short-term this year. If he keeps steadily progressing, maybe we can contend for the East which looks to be wide open. OPTIMISM.

For what it's worth, I think Sam would have played well in this game too. Your statement about whether or not Bradford starting over Wentz in the short term would provide us more immediate success this year is debatable, and quite frankly, not important. What's important is this kid came in and led this offense week one like a veteran quarterback while playing almost mistake free football. I'm sure he'll run into adversity and hit bumps in the road like most rookie quarterbacks do, but God damn was that ever a special performance given his prior experience and lack of reps in the preseason.

I'm slightly more optimistic about this season, but much more optimistic about the future. If we see more of that poise, confidence, and command of the offense in the games to come, then I'll be all in.

So I'm going to the game next week vs Pit. Parking passes on like $60 minimum on stub hub. Am I correct to assume there will be a bunch of lots to park at near the stadium? I don't really care if it's a mile away.

Nothing else matters. Winning this game isn't even that important, what is important is this kid grows as an NFL quarterback. His first game was incredibly inspiring as an Eagles fan, a part of me is just praying we have the next John Elway. It's way way way too early to even think something like that (even though that's what I just did), but I can't help but think we may actually have a stud QB for once.

His development is the only thing I care about at this point. Winning the game is an afterthought.

I'm psyched for the long term outlook of this team. Sure, they could win the division this year and go on some ridic run, but that's dream stuff. I love what Pederson has done with play calling and 4th down. He's done a lot of things right so far. Wentz has a ridiculous ceiling, and right now it seems like what they gave up was worth it.
